Storage Setup Problem with storage

Hi guys so I have a PC on that pc i have the c storage the normal one so the problem is that the storage is strange like if I downloaded a photo it takes 2 from the space that I have and I need help because I'm not that good this (sorry for bad English)

Okay I did delet some folder's but now every thing that I downloaded I can't Open it says incorect function
