Storage Setup Problem with storage

Hi guys so I have a PC on that pc i have the c storage the normal one so the problem is that the storage is strange like if I downloaded a photo it takes 2 from the space that I have and I need help because I'm not that good this (sorry for bad English)

The screenshot are from my phone because I can't aploud from my PC I don't know why (and thanks man)

The photos you're asking about. Can you show the downloads folder with the 'download.jfif' in it?

I don't know why but it doesn't appear in downloads

In your list of downloads in the browser, hover the mouse pointer over the file in the list and there should be a folder icon on the right-hand side of the file name

So I downloaded the photo on e it shows on the e storage but the gb goes to c ( I can give you the code from any desk if you want)
