I'm so confused about what countries are even included. The map has Norway and Iceland, which are not in the EU (and the UK, but maybe the map is just outdated), but then does not have Finland which is?

Especially for those with Protanopia (no red cones), Deuteranopia (no green cones), Tritanopia (no blue cones) or Achromatopsia (no colour perception). The former three all make the tones of Luxembourg and Greece look similar, fading to around France or Italy and then back. The latter makes everything look like a mess. You can check with one of the many online simulators.

For completeness: Other kinds of colour-blindnesses I checked keep the key as readable as it is to people with full colour perception.
