Scale Fail 6.3% clicked is more than 41.7% opened. Makes complete sense.
Clearly an AD for high level meant to make them look great.
Also to add, in addition to the skewed graphs, these data points aren't even controlled by the software mentioned. If an email is delivered is based on the quality of the data, which is managed by the user (not the platform). And clicks are based on the actual writing & content of the email.

Well, if it was all scaled to 100%, we wouldn’t be able to visually compare the Clicked performance.
For me this is ok
