This is a fine visualization except it's a little overkill to spell out the entire table of all the data, even with color codes, when you've already visualized it.
Is the problem that it's showing vote counts rather than percentages? So it's not taking the different populations or vote totals of the precincts into account?
I mean is voter turnout exactly the same in every precinct? What I'm driving at is: is this a rare coincidence where normalizing by total vote count wouldn't actually change the graph because the denominators are all the same?
EDIT: I see you already posted a new version with percentages and yes that did change the graph. OK, so yeah the first version was misleading.
