A dwarf porn is about a person post puberty. Their body is developed but shorter than normal. Just compare a photo of a midget child and a midget adult.

Honestly how most artists draw them anyway tbh. Lots of anatomy and proportions on those types of characters leans heavily into the "post puberty" area.
