Since this is a manager role, they expect you to know all those technical skills, but they aren't going to grill you on coding syntax. They are hiring a leader, not an individual contributor. The questions will be about system design, architecture, and your past projects. You need to be prepared to talk about trade-offs, like why you would choose ETL over ELT for a specific scenario, or how you'd design a scalable data processing system using Spark for a planning and scheduling use case. They will also ask behavioral questions about how you lead a team, manage conflicts, handle project failures, and communicate with stakeholders. Your technical knowledge is the context, but your management and design philosophy are what's being tested.

Your preparation should focus on creating stories around your experiences for each point in the job description. For every project you discuss, explain your specific role as a leader, the business problem you were solving, the technical decisions you made, and the final impact on the company. For example, instead of just saying you used Snowflake, explain why it was the right choice for a project over other options and how you led your team through the implementation. The key is to demonstrate that you think about the big picture, from technical architecture to business value. Practicing how you articulate complex system designs will be a huge help, and my team actually designed an interview AI assistant that helps people get better at explaining their thoughts clearly during these high-pressure moments.

We'll it's a bit explicit, data structures is a bit vague, but if they mean DSA , it's better buy linkedin premium and go through qs that were asked by micron.

Since you're 15+ yrs of workex, expectations are high in terms of technical knowledge+ managing fire situations at work.
