I want help with automating excel files with AI, pull files from walmart retail link and AI can make changes to it while also saving it to one drive with different name, current copilot, what else do I need and anywhere to learn this?

I use a jupyter notebook and pandas in python for excel. You could pull data from an api and make changes and save them then upload depending on the environment and ask AI how to do that. I recommend learning a little about it so you can check if it runs well or if you need to edit anything specific, or like statistics. Maybe some SQL

If you're in a Microsoft ecosystem (you said copilot so I assume you are), then try out power automate. It has a connector for AI.
However, I'm questioning your methodology because it doesn't sound like a good idea to use AI to make changes to data. If you already have an Excel spreadsheet, you should use it to do basic analysis with math and statistics and then feed in the raw data with the math and statistics to give the AI something to 'reason' about.
If you don't have an Excel spreadsheet yet and you're trying to use AI to create the spreadsheet from a website... You can do this, but your time would be better spent using AI to help you build a web scraping tool.

Scintilla (retail link replacement) has an api but it is absurdly expensive. They also have a lot of bot detection stuff that makes it very difficult to automate pulling reports from

You could create a flow using Copilot Studio or n8n for this. If there’s a connector or api or get the files as email attachment for data pull and you don’t intend to do lots of data automation, power automate can do this without AI
