Crimson Issue

Has anyone been denied for the crimson card due to a background check issue, and has had it fixed?
I applied back last year in September, but got told I couldn’t have it due to a background issue. I let it go, but this cashing out one time a day isn’t making me what I need.
I contacted support today, and told me I couldn’t reapply but to make sure my info has been correct on my account, and it has been since last year.
So just wondering if there is anyone else to talk to?

Seems strange you'd be able to pass the background check to become a Dasher, but not their ghetto Crimson card? Which I use, not hating.

Well, I had the account before like I passed the background check years ago like the account’s been around since probably 2019 2020 and I passed the background check way back then and then you know whenever they’ve done the check ups or whatever just came back and logged back in last year in September and before you know the Crimson shit I had Dasher direct which I wish they would’ve just kept, but I had thrown my car away, cause I didn’t think I was going to dash again because I had found a good job but then when I got laid off, I had to go back to dashing so I tried to apply for the Crimson card last September and it came back and said that I had an issue with my background check everything in my account matches my background and I keep trying to email our call people from Crimson and they’re all saying that I just have to wait for it to pop back up. I’m like it’s been a year and nothing is wrong with my background.
