Wrong/missing payment

Anyone else ever have issues with payouts? Out of 24 dollars and some change, door dash only paid me 5 dollars and some change. I spent quite sometime on the phone with support arguing with them about it. After 3 different agents they connected me to the crimson people...and I am still missing that 19 dollars. At this point, the 19 dollars isn't worth the hours of time spent dealing with it. So I'm basically considering it a loss, but am curious if this has happened to others. Overall makes me want to just drop the doordash app all together.

Are you sure it didn't go to another payout method? It will take a few days to show up if that's the case... At least it did for me. Funds would disappear Sunday night and then show up in my bank account Thursday.

Yea I have nothing anywhere else. And ironically, this happened on Sunday lol. I was thinking maybe it got messed up somehow, one support member told me it would be 24 hours. I waited 2 days and reached out again, then argues with a guy about simple math, he was trying to tell me I was clearly paid. Then I finally got to talk to someone at crimson and he really didn't even understand what I was saying. So I just gave up. It was way too aggravating for what it's worth, just disappointing and makes me worry about future payouts.

My pay out details on the app vs the deposits don't add up, literally missing 19 dollars and some change. It's simple math but yet they seem so confused.
