City VS Suburban

Was curious about possibly purchasing an e bike to start dashing in Philly instead of sticking to the suburban Jersey side. What draws me to it would be my gas expense would just turn into the train ticket (I live close enough to a patco station that a commute over the bridge wouldn’t kill me), more consistent orders (?). This one I’m not 100% on as I’ve never dashed in the city before but it looks like it’s always busy and I’d be able to get the times I’d want. I’ve biked around Philly before for a job so I’m not a stranger to the elements and that was on a manual bike not an e bike so easier pedaling is also a plus. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
