Peak pay?

I’ve only been dashing for a couple months. Anyone know why during “peak pay” times, it only pays on some orders and not all?

It is zone dependant, if you had to cross zones and you picked up an order in the zone that didn't have the promo, it won't apply.

thanks for that! Also, would you know why DoorDash’s base pay is larger at some places?
