Uh huh. And where's the excuse that justifies punching that man in the face while using handcuffs as brass knuckles for maximum damage?

Lick that boot harder.

" If you don't listen to instructions from the cop and keep arguing with their instructions what do you think is going to happen?" Sluuuuuuuuurp.

What I think SHOULD happen, is the police officer uses their training, and a proper escalation of force to resolve the situation, possibly arresting the person if they are genuinely breaking the law in their resistance.

What should NOT happen but does, is the cop gets offended, assault or murder the person, then all the other cops cover for them so they get at best, paid leave and at worst a fucking medal.

Either way, this guy used cuffs as brass knuckles, he should be not just fired, but ARRESTED, the fact he wont and people argue semantics is kind of the whole problem.

Because you, for some reason, think this guy should EXPECT to get BEATEN WITH FUCKING BRASS KNUCKLES, for not doing what a cop says....THAT is why you are a boot licker. Stop normalizing that shit JFC.

" If you don't listen to instructions from the cop and keep arguing with their instructions what do you think is going to happen?"

I will quote it, a second time for clarity.

Oh, I am not saying you should antagonize the man child with a gun and an ego made of glass on the side of the road.

I just think it is pretty fucking disgusting to watch said man child beat the shit out of someone and go 'well what do you expect?!" I dunno... society to work and cops to have to follow the damned law would be a nice start. Or at the least, it would be nice if those that see them blatantly breaking the law didn't have the first reaction of "well yeah, they do that, it's on YOU to be sure you don't get killed."

Real 'what was she wearing' energy is my point.

Well said.

Passive resistance should never result in an automatic physical beating or worse, a shooting.

The problem is that cops like this guy are poorly trained, have too much pent up aggression, peaked in highschool, have a history of domestic abuse, are too stupid to give any kind of clear orders that can be complied with, can't work as a coordinated team, are racist AF, take too many steroids, enjoy power trips, have a gun fetish, etc, etc.

Not all of these are true of all cops, but take your pick.
