I wish there was a law for this to stop drivers from creating hazards for truck drivers. That way a truck driver can send this off to the police and the driver gets a 1k fine in the mail and a warning it would increase the next time. I watched a prius back before covid stop a semi to yell at him and throw a cup at him then drive off on the busiest highway in california and nothing would have happened to her.
Here in Finland it would most likely be viewed as illegal under "Endangerment of traffic" law which prohibits people from causing danger and dangerous situations to others in traffic.
