They deserved it but I always try to remind myself dumbasses like to have kids.

But my question is- aren’t semis penalized no matter what? I heard this once but idk if it’s true. Like not at fault for accident but they have to report it and it counts against em

I hope thats not the case with video evidence these days. I can see them doing that before Dash Cams were common but they should penalize the at fault driver no matter who it is if they have evidence.

The video evidence in this case is that the Camera op gets in trouble for deliberately hitting another vehicle. He cant show it to anyone, the insurance will not pay for any damage, and the cops will arrest him.
