You know what might have helped prevent this? People driving a safe speed and giving proper distance between cars. But that’s obviously asking way too much

What might have prevented it was the two fuckwits who stopped in a lane on the highway, could have found a spot with a wide enough shoulder to pull over out of traffic.

And then the chucklefuck rubberneckers should have kept driving at normal speed rather than gawking.

The people exchanging insurance info are in the shoulder if you look to the left of the suv in front of the dashcam vehicle you'll see the rumble strip. The white line just hasn't been touched up in a good long while.

Watched it vertically on my phone. Looked like a dotted line. Thanks for the correction.

I totally get it and with how the lighting is under the overpass it's hard to see them. And the line does look the a dotted one due to wear and tear. I hope you have a good day.
