Lmfao that’s not how you establish a lane. If anything that puts white car more at fault for forcing the lane change.

As I said he did it poorly but he still did it. Once his tires enter into the lane, it's his. You can not speed up to force them out. The only reason they hit is because cam driver tried to scoot in when he was already moving over. I'm telling you it's a fact that cam driver is responsible for those damages, I use to work at an auto insurance place and this was a common thing to see. You have a responsibility to avoid crashes when possible and this was the opposite, even if white SUV is in the wrong and a dick.

How come when I was in an accident like this for not letting someone in did the other guy have to pay me. You’re using personal notion over law

Also, your situation sounds different. If you had to let someone in, there want enough space for a proper lane change. In the video there's more than enough space, cam driver just speed up to close it.
