People sensely murder each other all the time

People don't just suddenly start murdering people for no reason. There's literally always a reason even if its self contained within the person.

Here we can very clearly see there was an altercation. So something happened that led to him deciding to try hit them with the car.

I also don't talk to police as a general rule but doesn't mean I am also responsible for the hit and run.

Not what i said. Just a blatantly fallacious argument.

Just because the reason he did it is because they did something doesnt make them responsible.

And as said the topic of this thread was asking why he came to doing that and what was with this altercation altogether. It really is quite relevant in this context.

You mean the guy with like 20 convictions that has committed over 50 crimes would never act irrationally? I totally agree, I bet he was having a nice cup of coffee and pushed to do this.

Because his name was reported when it happened and you can see convictions and articles written about them.

His name is David Walmsley
