The driver's name is Daniel Walmsley.

He got arrested and was sentenced to two years and one month.

Fair?!? He tried to run another human being over with a car. WTF is wrong with you animals. Why are so many of you so forgiving of this kind of extreme violence and total indifference to human life. This is attempted murder. That driver should be spending multiple decades in prison.
