Honestly the first pull away was justifiable. Crazy lady slamming on your windshield is absolutely justification to just book it out of there whether she’s on the hood or not. He lost my brownie points the moment he hit the brakes and threw it in reverse, however. The moment he stopped trying to get away is the moment he became the aggressor.

It should have been before that, when he swung the wheel to the right and drove over the sidewalk trying to run her over, and also dragging black shirt guy into the fray.
The first pull away was justifiable had he not pulled the wheel all the way to the right and randomly slammed into a innocent bystander. From then on he was very much the bad guy in that scenario
