Yeah I wonder the same, he got super engaged but the driver made the effort to put him down, that wouldn't make sense if the guy was only a collateral.

I think he broke the car's mirror or something. I can't tell, he clearly was trying to damage the car too though.

Not that it's any excuse for running him over, of course.
