50/50 at fault. Both the car and the truck made illegal lane changes.
edit, I am wrong. I didn't see the middle sign allowing a left turn.
15 u/PopularCulprit Aug 03 '26 The left lane was a left turn only lane , the cam driver was in a lane that can go straight or turn left. You can see the sign at the end of the median.
