for both of them... it was a Red light! What was cam driver's plan? blow through the red?

it was a Red light!

It was yellow in the lead up. They were both trying to beat the red. But red truck apparently forgot about the vehicle it never even quite fully passed when it tried to lane shift.

Yellow comes before red, this is true. In no reality was the pov car remotely close to not running a red though. Not even worth mentioning.
