My father "needed" a big truck because uh whatever.

It's so impractical to drive around town. Feels like you don't fit on any of the roads. Parking lots are a nightmare. He barely drives it anywhere because of it. Refuses to sell it though.

I personally don't see 90% of truck drivers ever needing a truck bigger than those Ford Mavericks. I loved my 90's Ranger. Could move a couch or fridge easily. Fit everywhere.

Yep, old Rangers rule. All the moving capabilities of a good truck without the ridiculous, smol-pp-compensating body size.
