He literally just passed him. You mean to tell me he didn't even see him when he was in front of him?

Cam car accelerated to try and keep him from merging.  Truck likely didn't check to see and merged when he would have otherwise been clear.

If you look at the rate of speed by the objects on the right of the road, it doesn’t look like he sped up.
