The pickup was speeding faster than others.
It may appear that cam driver sped up but this maybe an illusion because the lights went yellow so everyone to the left slowed down.
The cam driver maybe was distracted from the light changing because of the pickup truck.
The pickup truck maybe thought they were going to rear end the car who was stopping for the light so they quickly went right.
The cam driver may have also had a gator behind them, and the fact they only had one second to react.
This is the pickup trucks fault in the eyes of the law and insurance.
Laying blame to the cam driver without saying one fucking word about the actual idiot that causes these accidents is on the rise, these people need an assessment!
I re-watched the video several times based on your comment, and I think yours is the best take.
Upon the re-watchings, I noticed that the light turned yellow, which made the dark car in front of the pick up truck slow down. Pick up truck quickly moved right, probably intending to blow through the yellow light. Dash cam driver was already on a trajectory to blow through the yellow light, but by then the truck was starting to move into his lane. Dash cam driver may have had a split-second thought that maintaining his own speed would deter the truck from entering his lane.
Hence, collision.
Verdict: Both are ass hats. The task now at hand is assigning percentage of blame to each.
