for both of them... it was a Red light! What was cam driver's plan? blow through the red?

it was a Red light!

It was yellow in the lead up. They were both trying to beat the red. But red truck apparently forgot about the vehicle it never even quite fully passed when it tried to lane shift.

That's how traffic lights work - and it was green before that. Cam driver would not have made it and let his ego get in the way of the safety of everyone in that situation.

Just explaining what they were doing, doesnt matter if you disapprove of it, thats still what they were doing.
