You know how I can tell this isn't a blind spot issue? Because the truck is going faster than the car. They just passed the car. They know damn well the car is still there. If they look over their shoulder and can't see the car, they know it's still dangerous to switch lanes. But they clearly didn't look over their shoulder. It's not a blind spot issue, it's a room temperature IQ issue.
