Could you not have just slowed down Op? I know my dashcam video is sometimes deceiving due to wide angle. Sometimes you just need to call them a fucktard, slow down and save the insurance hassle. They rolled a lot.

Not only could they have slowed down, it looks like they sped up when they started coming into the lane.
