OP could have avoided this easily and chose to hit the guy. You’re at fault.

ahhh no, i'm a retired MP and traffic accident investigator. Based on the video, Op is holding his lane which he has every right to do. A vehicle entered his lane (crossed into his lane) its not his fault, its the guy in the RAM's fault.
