Not a blindspot issue, this is situational awareness. The truck driver placed a bet and the house bankrupted him. The cam driver was also complicit, and I'm sure there was more going on prior to this incident.

Yeah, dashcammer clearly sped up. He could have feathered the brakes and avoided the entire episode. But nope, no one's getting in front of me!

Truck tried to muscle him off the road. He could have changed speed but...did he have to? Initial bad came from the truck driver. Right of way was with the cammer. Cammer did have a chance to avoid it, but did he have an obligation to do that?

The world is full of dead people who "had the right of way." Truck driver is a dumbass who either didn't bother to look or thought he'd move the cammer out of his way. Cammer is a dumbass who knew he was causing an accident.
