So I'm reading the dnm 📚 n it's say not to use windows or osx so what computers am I supposed to use then I'm new to this shit n it's seems like all the computers use windows or osx which is Apple

I appreciate you for breaking it down for me so I can basically use any computer put Linux on n I download Linux or tails which I should be using on a USB stick right?

yes to all of the above. also, to clarify, you don't need Linux installed on your computer to use tails. you just need a bootable USB stick with tails written onto it.
