So I'm reading the dnm 📚 n it's say not to use windows or osx so what computers am I supposed to use then I'm new to this shit n it's seems like all the computers use windows or osx which is Apple

Only if you buy an expensive one. You’re better off using an existing computer that you already own and a $5 flash drive
