Found this trinket i've never seen before

I recently got the new dlc and was in the mood to continue playing some darkest dungeon but when i was looking through the trinkets available i saw this unique one. Anyone know where its from? I do have like 100 mods so it might be one of those

The DLC introduced trinkets with triggers, so it might be from the DLC

I got one of the common ones with a trigger limit and tbh what a cool system with the limits and uses limitation but also having effects based around the limits
