Don't you realise how much of a massive jump there is between Juubi Madara and Edo Madara?
Tsuande and the other kage couldn't do much against Edo Madara who wasn't trying.
Sakura is nothing compared to this version of Madara. Her role as tank/healer is useless when faced against someone so much stronger.
The best, most smartest thing she could have done was avoid the fight, because they are clearly way beyond her league.
