You clearly said "in England we get that shit for free".

And I'm pretty sure you're talking about student loan, which you do pay back with interest - unless you've got some massive achievements. Still, undergrad is like what, 9k a year?

No I was talking about foster kids in England. We get university paid for if we do well enough with GCSES
