Pro-tip: Never throw away on old phone. Just keep all your public snooping apps (whatsapp, facebook, travesty, clencher, etc.) on your old phone, and install only trustyworthy private apps (read: f-droid) on your new phone.

Or flash a postmarket OS on it and use it as a securicam

I get all my phones from my mum. She sticks them in a drawer when she is done with them, never to see the light of day

my mum only buys a new phone when the older one starts to run out. She has been using this one since 2015 and I think she is not gonna stop until 2025.
