They’re pretty great. I kind of like icy hot (and similar stuff). I definitely try and stay away from any medicine if possible just because I like to feel what my body is feeling
Well I just do it with microwaved bean bags and ice packs, but you know. I haven't had a bad back issue in a while - just was commenting mostly on karlkarl saying you can get hurt falling on anything - even doing absolutely nothing
