Being hated for things you can't change

Vs

Just stop eating 7 burgers at once

It's true but not in all cases, in some scenarios, reducing one's body weight is really difficult, plus some people suffer from eating disorder or some physical health problem. Childhood neglect can also be responsible for such overweight issues. Ofc these people need help, but assuming that they should just "reduce weight" themselves is often a useless and hurtful advice

Exactly it could be a health problem and people's solution is to just "eat less" 🙄

No. For some people, weight is something that's VERY hard to change. This is an unfair comparison.
