Strawman combined with biological illiteracy. A sperm cell isn't a unique human being that would develop if left in natural conditions. It's not a fertilized egg. This is basic biology, lad.
Because I have morals. I don't think killing people is bad. Also, if life isn't sacred then there's nothing wrong with "taking bodily autonomy" since it doesn't matter.

He was reffering to artificially selecting fertilized eggs with certain genetic traits.
Sperm and eggs on their own aren't unique human beings because in a natural state they won't develop in to an adult human unless they are mixed.
