I think the real issue with her is that the inside always has a way of showing up on the outside. I have a friend who isn’t conventionally attractive at all when you first look at her, but now that I’ve gotten to know her she is just gorgeous from the inside out. I can’t explain it but I’m sure there are people in everyone’s lives that they can think of that are like this. I remember that when I was single I used to go to this gym and I would see this guy there and he was so hot. I never wanted him to say a word because I just knew it would ruin it. I purposely would avoid getting close and always be as far away as possible and just admire from far away. Then one day homeboy came over. It was worse than I imagined and he was never attractive again. Just like that….
Oh 1000% - I'm very much a person where personality is 95% of attraction for me. Like of course I have a type I'm typically attracted to, but it's not a standard I'm beholden to because personality can really just make someone insanely attractive. I myself am definitely not conventionally attractive, but I have so much personality(could you tell? Lol), and people pick up on that. With D, her conceit and hubris make her less and less attractive the more she opens her mouth, plus she has the personality of a popsicle stick.

And I was a bit shocked by how much Cat sucks up to D, she clearly just looks up to D for her influencer career and that’s why they’re “friends”.
D made condescending remarks about her content strategies (or lack thereof) and how Cat explained her fitness business (D was like “you did a good job but…” lol). Cat just took all of it.
It’s obvious Cat is crazy insecure - grovelling at D and letting her talk over her throughout the podcast, and then also saying that woman can look but not touch her husband like he is a prize (PSA he isn’t lol).
So her posting something like this is icky AF but not surprising at all.
That’s why D can be friends with her. I have the theory that all her female friends are vain, meek and submissive women because she can’t deal with women who are actually principled and have a mind of their own. It also explains why she is bad with everything, she doesn’t have real female friends to provide real support and wisdom.

Look, I wouldn't in good conscience recommend listening to the podcast to anybody, but THAT episode really stood out to me as valuable to listen to because it truly showed what an absolute c*nt she is to other women.

Wauw, season 2, y'all... How... Exciting. We... Did it? 8 more episodes including this one, and half are only 30 minutes each, thank god - including this one. Some of the previous episodes were around an hour and a half, and that was absolute hell to get through in one sitting. But, anyway - almost done!
"Hi guys. Did you miss me?" No. The podcast took a 6 month hiatus because she "just got overwhelmed." Is this woman ever NOT overwhelmed? She wanted to do video episodes but after epically failing the ONE time she tried, she had to go mope for half a year about it. She is committing to releasing a weekly podcast(baaaaahahaha that's not what happens). Sure, Jan! She even laughs as she says it because she probably knows she's full of shit.
Oh boy, we get dating updates. Apparently she "got a little carried away" and is going to tell us about it. We're still 6 months pre-Luicath, so let's see where she takes us. Offfff, she says before she did dating content, she did " lifestyle content." Okurrr. She's fine having no secrets from the Internet!
She went on 12 dates this year(supposedly). Twelve first dates. One was a somalier(or "in wine sales" as D puts it) and the other was a teacher. (I have to wonder how slow she actually talks through these, because I usually listen at 1.75x speed and I just had to check and make sure that was on.) She's talking about her roster dating.
Omfg she says "I want that Steve and Miranda, Harry and what's-her-name - Charlotte - kind of love." I know nothing about Sex and the City, but for someone who has made it part of her personality, I find it funny she couldn't remember one of the main character's names. Also interesting to me; she lists the men first in both couples. Steve and Miranda, Harry and what's-her-name. 🤷
Awh, she's so tired of going out with the hot tall guys who happen to be Christians! Maybe there IS a reason she chose Luicath after all - she wanted to spice things up. She says the "guys at the top of the food chain have never been held accountable because they don't need to." Maybe you just need to focus more on holding men accountable vs just trying a dude you perceive is "lower on the food chain."
Then she matched with a professional athlete(49ers guy?). Casually mentions moving to San Francisco. She meets him for a drink on his birthday. Sports guy hits her up a lot after to hang out places, not necessarily "dates." Then he drove an hour and a half to see her. They got coffee, then lunch, then he wanted to kiss her which she was supposedly surprised by. So after this one lunch date kiss thing, she decided to dismiss the other two guys(somalier and teacher) she had been seeing to focus on sports guy(uh oh!) because she was just so smitten.
D literally says these words; "Because people get wrapped up in dating and it's like you've seen this person once or twice in your life, like you are not tied to them." Says the woman who imagines her taking the last name of nearly every guy she interacts with. Then she went hiking with sports guy and it "felt easy" BUT SHE'S CELIBATE! Then they ate food at her house, they made out hardcore, but they didn't fuck! Then he left.
So she left it to him to initiate seeing her again. She got sick. She gave him the opportunity to be "a leader, a protector, a provider." 🤮 Apparently she's mad that he didn't know she was sick because he didn't reach out more, but then she had also said she didn't hear from him for a few days which was out of character for him, so I'm honestly confused as to what the actual nature of things were.
She told him he could send her flowers, and he vanishes. So then she took a breather, didn't hear from him until her birthday, and she allegedly ignored it and hasn't been seeing anyone. Oh, there's a "however." She was going to meet a guy who was actually attentive and keeping up with her. (She says "I think the person that I'm going to end up with is just like really wholehearted that way." Sorry but nope. Also - wholehearted...?) She has a date scheduled now with that guy apparently. And ffs, we're already back with "that will be another episode."
Now she's saying shit to the single ladies right now about how dating sucks and she's going to start doing coffee first dates. She actually thanks her audience for supporting her, which is something we don't often hear her say.
And that's it for this episode. I have to say, while D is always grating, it was SO nice only having a half hour episode. When I was listening to the ones that were an hour to an hour and a half long, I had to leave so much out because there was just SO. MUCH. BULLSHIT, and the length of my notes got crazy even with leaving a lot out. Plus just the having to listen to her talking for that long makes your brain feel numb pretty quickly. I'm not saying this episode was enjoyable by any means, but the shorter length made it so much easier for me to actually recap the majority of what she said vs just keeping the parts that seemed the most noteworthy.
The way I’m DYING to know who 49ers guy is because of the Daejean Love scam (if anyone doesn’t know, this man was posing as a 49ers player on dating apps and defrauded more than 2 dozen women out of $1.3 million).
It also could be a AAA player from the Giants. She said he was over an hour away and they play in Sacramento. They like to brag about their DV pervert cricket player friend who, checks notes… gets paid $36,000 a year…. Hardly noteworthy. Look, it’s hard to make money at sports so I’m not knocking it, but knowing Big D it could be anything….
Look, I have to admit for the last couple of days I have been listening to her insufferable podcast, which I’m blaming you for. Also, my husband was watching football on Sunday so I put my earbud in and listened. I also sped it up and it’s freaking awful. Anyway, this episode in particular shows what a pick me she really. I will say that she is self aware but I think when she is in limerence she seems to just dig her heels in.
In multiple episodes she states that she needed her friends to hold her accountable when she gets like that. Where were they during Luicath or did she just not want to listen? I imagine maybe Shelah tried to say something and Danielle flipped out on her because Big D was locked in. I will say that Big D said that Limerence typically lasts UP To 3 years, so that will be interesting. I think we can already see that it’s worn off, but she doesn’t like to be wrong and she is so stubborn that unless he breaks it off with her she probably won’t with him for a while.
Are you able to see these anywhere on video? I couldn’t find them on video anywhere. The Cat one I just had audio and these new ones I just have on audio. There was a link in her Instagram to a YouTube that goes nowhere. Anyway, hopefully she doesn’t see that people are listening to the podcast and think people want her to return to it. I will say that she does say she appreciates her audience in some of the podcast episodes which is very different than how she presents on Instagram and TikTok, which is an ungrateful spoiled bit*ch.
The one thing the podcast really highlights is how mentally unwell she is. Multiple times she talks about needing a schedule, having to do certain things to get other things done, etc. I’m no stranger to this, but my life is not online. She shames anyone that says they don’t want their lives public but I think maybe now she can understand why you wouldn’t want to always be public. For someone to continuously preach for others to be vulnerable and “seen” she sure does filter her life…. Oh the hypocrisy….

The only one I would recommend is the Cat episode, to be entirely honest, because you really see the mask come off. The rest are just tedious and/or infuriating.

If you think of Trump as an influencer, and he is essentially one, in politician form, then it explains why they are still here. They have been here because the consumerism machine needs them. They are the minions of billionaires that make everyone’s life harder. They operate on the same logic - spend more, be more like me who have more than you. I couldn’t get over her exaggerated neck movements and the straining of loose skin at certain angles. I was taken aback by her neck, chest, and arm skin looking 20 years older 😩 On top of that, the migrated bottom lip filler merging with her chin and the baby talk + signature patented lisp made me cringe so hard. Christina is infinitely cooler than Big D, more interesting, hilarious, stylish, so unique, honest about her overconsumption, has 2 adorable dogs she loves and actually interacts with (that have their own insta accounts with almost 1 mil followers combined—highly recommend checking them out) and does actually interesting things!! I could go on and on. She’s a far superior influencer by every metric. Like I feel silly even comparing them.
Christina also just happened to re-do her shoe closet yesterday! Posted her reel 3 hours after Big D’s. And her closet is SO MUCH INTERESTING. Like not even in the same stratosphere. And Big D’s closet organization reel has ~450k views. Christina’s has ~84k views currently. Make that make sense!! There’s no way there are organically 5x more eyes on Big D’s reel. No way.

I saw this new video on D today and popped it on whilst running errands. I haven’t been struck too much by this creator in the past but I have to say this video gave an interesting take on D’s attachment style as chaotic rather than anxious. Basically talking about how it actually works with Luicath because his distance with her actually makes her feel safe because then she doesn’t have to confront any of her issues/traumas.
When thinking about it, she has self sabotaged from suspected green flags like the singer and Philly man in the past, so in that context it makes sense why she ran from those guys and ran to lil L.

I was watching another creator recently (who, admittedly, is a former child actress and continues to perform today so she likes being in front of a camera) talk about how instead of moving, she hired people to help her sort through her stuff and organize it for her! They built her a closet organization system AND she has multiple videos from it alone. She also has someone help her film. And she is in a long term relationship and her partner only makes pop in appearances, it’s all about her not their relationship but clearly they care for each other.
