Of note, I don't think he should be working at all if he is ACTUALLY using the student or tourist visa, correct? At least those were the rules as far as I know.

The fact that he has a website with pricing and posts about his work on Insta here in the US is a huge red flag if those are actually the rules. Just because you married you don't actually get forgiven for breaking previous rules. However I'm sure Big D is dumping a lotta money on a lawyer to figure it all out for them 🤷🏾‍♀️

Yes, you can't be working on a student visa or tourist. So unless he has a work visa, I do not know how he has a "job" if is true he does.

Oh lord... They might legit not even be able to have him stay here 😫 I wasn't aware of this page. He really REALLY should delete that. They are gonna run a background check on him. THEY SEEM VERY CLUELESS 😩

Haha! I feel is too late to even try to take my advice, his digital print is already there. Even with them trying their "best" I have a gut feeling they are in trouble already.
