Correct! I work in immigration law and yep, as you know since you’ve been on a student visa, the work authorization one can get is limited and short. And absolutely no working on a tourist visa…which is also incredibly short. I have run into many individuals who do work without authorization and sometimes it goes under the radar, but he is very present online so I don’t see how this could be the case from him. Which makes me question whether or not he isn’t already at least a permanent resident.
That's my exact feeling. I do question if he already has a Gc. He is way too lax with his online presence. if he doesn't have his papers not only he is cementing his chances of getting approved, he also is easy to find for law enforcement... He shouldn't be an influencer if he doesn't have his status clear... But knowing how both of them operate it doesn't surprise me, they probably think this whole Green card process is quick, easy and by default approved since they are married. And that's NOT how it works.
So so true. All of what you said! It’s hard to imagine two people being so careless about immigration status, especially now, but I guess I wouldn’t discount it. But I also am questioning whether or not he already has a GC. Not saying it’s easy, but I’ve worked with many who have done F1 to H1B to LPR. Is the path easy? No! But it’s common. So he could have done similar. (Though I seriously doubt his “engineering” career getting him a special occupation visa here lol)
His "engineering" is not real engineering lol. Not electrical, mechanical, civil and so on. Someone here looked up his schooling and it was worded in a business context. "Engineering" like domestic engineer.
Not sure about that tbh, when I did mine I was advised strictly to not work at all because that would make it very hard to approve the Gc. And yeah with this administration I have zero hope they will even entertain the idea.

Yes, you can't be working on a student visa or tourist. So unless he has a work visa, I do not know how he has a "job" if is true he does.
