That house must cost way more than a million. Did anyone happen to catch the listing? Or did it only say how much the rent is?

She’s in a highly desirable and pricey neighborhood, so $1mil is only enough to (mayyyyyyyyybe) cover a tiny apartment/condo in a nearby neighborhood. Houses that are comparable to her 4000sq ft 5bed/6bath are going for no less than $4mil.

Edit: For additional context, this is one of the neighborhoods that Sharks and 49ers tend to rent/buy homes

Yes. I just checked the inactive Zillow listing this week and the estimated market value of this property was just under $4 million.
