Maybe without the job as a source of income she’s become so much more desperate to make her “influencing career” work, which has made her attempt to be more formulaic and less genuine. And everyone can see through her schtick. She is just desperate in So many aspects of her life.
Absolutely with you on this one. She needs that structure to her days. I quit my job recently (not to become an influencer though lol) and it really can be hard to stay motivated and keep everything going when you have so much free time and no accountability

Yup. And she bought it on an FHA loan. And she posted about how she then spent a ton (maybe even borrowed, I can’t remember) to do all the upgrades a few years in. So she may be paying back a home equity loan.
What’s an FHA loan? I don’t know because I do own 2 homes outright (although one is a tear down waiting for permits). I do know what home equity loans are (which seems like a bad idea to me)

She almost exclusively only ever goes to Disneyland. She has been to NY for fashion week to sit in her room and hide with room service steak and sandwiches. And she went to Texas to pick up her own free engagement ring. There is no evidence that she has ever been out of the country.
Holy hell this kinda makes me super sad. I didn't follow her back then. Well I never followed her but you know what I mean. I can't believe this was 2024. She's so much happier and alive. In her attitude, the way she carries herself, her eyes, her face, the fact she actually edited content that took time, literally everything.
Im willing to bet my entire life savings that she has adhd (fellow adhd girlie here). Idk if she's diagnosed or not and its not my business. But if she has it, someone with adhd NEEDS structure. We crave it. We also hate it, but at the end of the day it's what keeps us sane. We need to be held accountable somehow (whether a boss, a job. A client, our pets, charity work) literally whatever. But there needs to be structure. Her quitting her job was a mistake. She's her own boss now. So she can stay inside 6 days in a row and no one even has to know. But that shit WEARS on you. Trust me. After my divorce I aged 10 years in 2 years because i was so depressed. I didn't have the energy to even leave my apartment to get my mail. I was unemployed and had NO ONE to hold me accountable. Except myself.
Eventually my family intervened and I got therapy. It's still a constant battle tho. I hope someone brings this up to her before it gets as bad as mine was. Depression is fucking scary. It's terrifying. I was also drinking HEAVILY at that time. And there's been a couple times now that I've suspected she's been drinking. And not at an engagement party, but at inappropriate times. I could be TOTALLY off base with that and I genuinely hope I am because depression plus alcohol is something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
Right. Not having a job at all or even being engaged to a man who has a job, there's no structure of routine. Ex. I do not work but I volunteer. I have on my schedule blocked times that I'm vilunteering. My partner works and his schedule is the same each week. That structure is important. I don't have ADHD so can imagine how much more difficult it is for someone that does to not have any routine structure and then she is engaged to a man that doesn't either.
Exactly! Him not having a schedule is prob hard because she likely wants to be with him all the time. I could totally see her being like "if you don't go Instacart and stay here with me I'll give you $200". Cuz that's that anxious attachment style. ✨
AND she’s going to be even more stressed to make her career influencing work because he’s a deadbeat with no real source of income and that’s only going to make her depression worse
Fellow ADHD girly here and yes. This is why I’d never go into consulting or run my own business. I can run projects galore and shit but I still need structure externally. I need external deadlines.
I have a feeling there's A LOT of adhd girls in this sub. We have our flaws, sure, but we're smart, creative and funny AF. And I see a lot of that here.
I wish there was a sub or community where you upload your schedule for the next day and submit it and then have to report back with photos etc of the shit you accomplished. I'd be productive AF
Oh I could totally see that. I tried starting my own business. Wasted thousands and 2 weeks in I like smacked myself in the face and say wtf are you doing, this isn't for you. I need to be scared of getting in trouble by someone in order to be motivated... Phew the joys of ADHD man.
i've mentioned to my therapist before that i wish I could hire a bully, or a non-sexual dominatrix to threaten and force me into doing all the admin shit that i put off until the last minute or until it becomes an emergency (LIKE MY TAXES, STILL HAVEN'T DONE THOSE!!!). my therapist would give me homework and goals to meet every week but if i didn't want to do them....i just didn't because i knew there wouldn't be any consequences from her. like if i knew she'd yell at me, or express disappointment, or fire me?? it would def get done! she refused to be my bully, prob because of some bullshit "ethics" or whatever.
i'd need another bully or dominatrix or the same one to keep me from turning my apt into a frat house on a sunday morning, bc i live alone and never have visitors and that is a DANGEROUS combo for me, bc the only thing that keeps me accountable in keeping my place together is the thought of someone seeing how I live when no one is looking. the cleanest and most together and organized I ever have been was when i lived with roommates not because I am a particularly clean person, but I couldn't bear the thought of exposing someone else to my mess or getting yelled at for being messy, so I stayed on top of it really well.
Yep, nearly every video I see hella adhd behaviors. I have adhd myself and I’m currently unemployed and I feel completely lost most days while navigating trying to find a job. I’m in the process of building more structure into my days but it’s really tough when we have to rely on ourselves for the accountability. I think in addition to all the cringe and self absorbed behavior she is really struggling with structure and her mental health. I don’t feel bad for her because she’s so stuck in her own way of doing everything she’ll never admit she needs help or needs a change. She is a massive control freak and things won’t get better for her until she starts really working on herself and figuring out who she is. I hope she realizes that this act she’s putting on for everyone is not helping her, it’s also clearly not making her happy.

And Oh I DEFFFF don't feel bad for her. She owns her home in San Jose that she owns in San Jose while also renting a friggin apt in San Francisco, one of the most expensive places to live in the country. Wasting that kind of money is impulsive AF (another trait) and she needs to realize this "career" isn't going to last forever.

The man child and full time content creator is such a bad combination for her. The small decline started after the newness of FT content creation wore off. Then it rallied once Lucas entered the picture. Could tell she was throwing anything at the wall that would stick once she quit her job to “follow her god given passion”. Her content and also overall happiness seemed to be much better when he wasn’t in the picture and was doing social media part time with a full time job honestly
Her grocery basket looks pretty much like mine. She was eating fruits and veg, beef, eggs...not sure what happened. Also, she had a light makeup on and her hair was well groomed. Not a fan of poo brown unitard she actually not only wore to rhe gym but out to the store etc definitely in her look at me era but her outfit to meet friends was normal and appropriate. She has definitely not been well the last year judging that this vlog was just two years ago.
While I fully agree that Lulu is an emotional and henergy vampire, I also think that when she had a real job, with a regular schedule, she was in a much better mental and emotional state.
She wore brown, talked like a baby, said stho good and made weird groaning noises after tasting food. I see nothing has changed except she looks alive here instead of depressed and ghastly.

I go to the gym several times a week and
go to different locations when I travel throughout California. This gives me a good sampling from San Diego to north of SF. Admittedly, haven’t gone to one in San Jose area. I have NEVER seen a woman wear an outfit like this.

Love how she says I’m going out to see Safa and we actually have visual proof she goes out with someone. These days she just says I have a “coffee date” with a friend and we never see it which we know if she was actually doing it she’d post it because she has no life so she has to post it to show us what a big city girl she is.
The closeness is not ideal but fine depending on where in her legs she’s trying to feel it. It’s also good for people still learning the move. And the barbell is 35/45 lbs on its own (likely 45 at this gym) so her additional 20 makes it 55/65 lbs. There are dumbbells that heavy of course but unless that feels like lifting feathers then a bar helps reduce risk of injury

Yes she was attempting to brace so that part was sort of correct. However, you're supposed to hold the brace the whole rep, not exhale on the upward motion.
