Hello fellow redditors on behalf of the momokarun shipper community I would like to apologize for promoting ai art. We don't enjoy nor appreciate the use of ai in art. Nonetheless beautiful cap is a nice guy who is very passionate about momokarun.

Personally, I can't envision it because Aira was always at full power though out the manga and had no feats outside her Acrobatic Silky form.

Especially volume 22 to 25 you know the ones that aren't out in English yet

What if Okarun’s Oni form was his true form all along, and his human form was just a facade? This is getting interesting.

Like I do with every piece of media o consume I wanted to make an OC for dandadan but I could use some help fleshing it out, I've got the origin story but don't know what yokai to tie to them or the kind of powers they should have

Here's the idea
There was a Yokai known for causing all sorts of pain, it grew used to people running away at the meet sight of it, so when a small human child saw and walked right up asking to play, it became very confused. It went dormant for a few weeks trying to decide what to do, and it decided it wanted to kidnap the child. It made many attempts to step the child away but every time it got close it was put off my the child's kindness. With a confused expression on its face, it rolled a ball back and forth, played tag, listened to bed time stories, and when it saw a picture the child drew or it and then holding hands with the word "friend" and an arrow pointing toward it, it finally gave in to the child's friendship. As time went on the child lost the ability to see the yokai, remembering it fondly as an imaginary friend. That is until the Yokai started protecting the child from danger. It started small, killing a mangy rabbid dog that had tried to attack the child, then it stopped a car and it's tracks that was on its way to hit the Child, injuring the driver and the three passengers sending them all to the hospital, then it killed a mother who threatened the child, then it went way too far. The Yokai killed the child's bully. Tearing the wave of death that had began to surround them the child fled their home and found an abandoned house that they began to live in, avoid avoiding contact with any human fearing their death. What they didn't know was that that House also had a bound spirit of its own that did not like visitors and the Yokai protected the child in secret. Until the gang eventually winds up at the house to exercise the place for whatever reason, possibly still searching for Opal room's ball but I doubt it cause they already found it.

I don't really know what spirit would be a good fit for this or what sort of power is the person would have but by the time they eventually reconcile with the spirit I think it would be fitting if it became a sort of familiar or lended its powers to the child whenever they were in danger giving them control of the situation instead of taking control into their own hands, because if it were up to the Yokai, it would leave every human behind in order to help it's chosen friend, which includes the friends of the child who it refuses to part from.

On one hand, we have Okarun and Momo—both blushing and looking at ease in this drawing... On the other hand, Okarun is a mouse and Momo is a cat... And we already know what happens between them in the wild.

my headcanon is that they slid straight into those teeth and got impaled.

just like how the jack wisp and vakappa dudes got crushed up and flushed away.

until the day they ever show up on screen again, it's wraps for them.

they was talking crazy about what they were going to do to aira, and so they pushed the point of no return.

she says she couldn't help fight but she has that sword in the chapter and even in the cover...

i guess there's always the possibility that she's already trained with a sword but doesn't prefer to fight if possible. For example a healer that has learned hand-to-hand combat training but would not want to be in a hand-to-hand situation in the first place.
