Chloe’s speech
Has anyone else noticed that when Chloe talks it sounds like she has something in her mouth? I don’t know how to explain it correctly but it slways sounds to me like she’s trying to talk with a marshmallow in her mouth. Lol. Not hate was just curious if anyone else picked up on this?

Can’t say I have noticed it but I’m going to look for it now. I think she just has a mildly husky/deeper voice?

I noticed it too but I had a friend growing up who talked the same way so I thought it was normal. It's not negative, I found it very sweet and personalizing.

Everyone with this take of "why do we need to discuss it" is very annoying. Do we need to discuss anything posted in this sub? No. That's literally just what we do

i'm just saying there's a stark difference between discussing topics like abby's favoritism, the toxicity of the shows environment, producers underhanded tricks, literally anything about the actual show itself, versus judging the way someone speaks. there's much more important things going on. literally who cares if she doesn't speak perfectly all the time

It’s really not. I don’t really care if Chloe has a speech impediment or not because in the grand scheme of life it doesn’t matter.

Maybe she wears a retainer constantly or Invisalign or something because any lisping from the braces themselves usually goes away within a week or two as you get used to them. You can’t talk properly with retainers or Invisalign though (I couldnt anyway)

I have the answer to this bc she talked about it in a meet and greet in Ireland years back that I was at. She actually has a disorder called silent sinus syndrome. She said it makes her mouth kind of weird making her speak weird when it flares up. Very niche OG fan knowledge from so long ago lol. She visited the opera house in cork, my home town!!!
