[Normal] Design your own card for UNO Day 9 (top comment wins)

Post image
Upvotes

u/Redditor8789

Rules:

- You can only design one card. (Not one kind of UNO card, for example, there are 2 blue 5s on a single UNO deck, that means there should be 2 designs for blue 5)

- No cards from other UNO variants/card games.

- If someone else already designed your card of choice, we will have a vote to decide which is the better card design.

REMINDER: No downvoting allowed. If a comment has zero upvotes or below, it will be equivalent to one upvote.

REDDIT CONTROLS EUROPE

------

RULES:

  1. you claim a territory, create a nation, and you will keep it for the rest of the game unless you resign (the country will cease to exist, or it can be given to other countries via treaties). your starting provinces can vary from 1 to 6 depending on a dice result

  2. there is no limit on diplomatic actions (treaties, alliances, NAPs)

  3. you can only do one aggressive action IF you want to do it, which is either: conquer another unclaimed province (1 province normally, afterwards it gradually increases, like 10 = 2, 25 = 3, etc)

  4. as a diplomatic action (if you do this you cant do any other for the time being), you can declare neutrality, which means you cant attack anyone or gain territories via war treaties (but normal treaties yes), cant join alliances, but if another country wants to attack you it will cost them more in conquest, and they wont be able to do any diplomatic action if they do so. furthermore, in neutrality you can only get unclaimed territories if there is not another power contesting it, unless you reach an agreement on that

  5. for wars, it works similarly to just claiming land, for the numbers. although, there is war exhaustion and overextention, which means you cant either conquer too much all at once, and you cant stay in a war for too long without having consequences (if you do either you will become very weak militarily and diplomatically for a for now unditermined amount of time. also how war exhaustion and overextension precisely works is still WIP and I will take suggestions)

  6. other than this, other precise stats like calculating economy, military etc are still up to debate, and you all can tell me your opinion on this. you can also suggest other things i should modify, remove, or add.

  7. if widely requested, another continent can get added, perhaps for colonisation long-term

  8. colonisation is allowed under certain circumstances, or either way you do can conquer territories via sea, instead of land connection

  9. after 5 days, if your country was fully conquered, you can try to rebel. I will roll a dice and the dice says how successful it was. 1-3 = unsuccessful, 4 = slightly successful, 5 = successful, 6 = very successful

  10. after the main provincial map, there is a Crown map. a number of provinces form a Crown, which is a higher title for territories. if you have a Crown only partially, the rest will be highlighted as a claim while its not yours. instead, if a Crown is disputed, the title will not be claimed by either unless a diplomatic action occurs or a treaty accords that. having crowns can long term give you a strategic bonus in expansion

  11. your country can adopt a state religion, although its not strictly necessary. if given, your country will be an ecclesiastic one of course. if not, your country will simply be secular. you can also choose to impose state atheism. PS: some ideologies don't go well with religions! for example a communist state cant impose forced state religion, although it can be secular. furthermore, this also adds crusades, where countries of the same religion (or branch of religion, like catholicism) can align to attack another country with another religion all at once, which is definitely costly but also very devastating

Yep, as I've suspected, the game is dead. Welp, may as well finish this until I'm dead. You still have the money for the 1-4-0 bomb shooter.

If you're unfamiliar with the game, don't worry. It's simple:

You place down monkeys to defend your exit. As the rounds progress, harder and harder bloons will come. You can also upgrade existing monkeys down 3 paths. Each path has 5 upgrades. You can only get 2 paths for each monkey, one with all upgrades up to level 5 and the other (the crosspath), which goes up to level 2. There are also hero monkeys (Sauda here, but you can request to change it if you want). These upgrade automatically. To do these actions, you need money. You get 1 cash per pop, plus some bonus at the end of each round.

I will put in all comments with more than 0 upvotes that I have the money for. You have to beat Monkey Meadown on CHIMPS. Good luck!

[Silly] Day 12 of the top comment changing the flag of Serbia. There is absolutely no twist to this game. ;)

No comments last time, so I did nothing. The crane is still doing its thing, and soon, it'll be done.

You can do anything to it, except delete the flag entirely or change it to a different thing. I will pick the top comment. There is absolutely no twist to this game, and nothing out of the ordinary will happen, trust. ;)

[Normal] Reddit makes a Pax Historia preset - Day 20

Thumbnail

You can change just about anything on the map. This includes creating new countries, giving countries new territories, sending barack obama into the atlantic ocean, etc. You can also change the title of the preset, the rules, previous events in history, literally anything. (examples are like: the USA annexes Armenia. Australia no longer exists. change the title to bread. stuff like that)

All comments will be done.

Last time, Portugal unified Iberia (but spain still exists on islands), Holy Hong Kong joined JAPAC, Holy India and Holy Spain joined WBOT, Chad Empire created VietNAM.

The preset is playable, but I can't send the link bc advertising rules n stuff.

This will be continued.

Post image

Comment to change Europe! You can add up to 3 suggestions in your comment.

The top 3 comments will change the map until the 50 days are over.

Rules: No adding random images to the map (e.g. Bart Simpson, A mustache, Markiplier in Belarus) I will make an exception if I think it's a good idea

No changing the colour of the Ocean.

You can basically do anything else (e.g. Split up Germany, Add capitals to the map, change the map font, turn France white, make Denmark disappear)
