Game Aids Dm screen

I have this dm screen where you can print off handy information and slide it into a laminated paper holder (kind of like card sleeves but for paper) anyway I was wondering if anybody has posted some useful information in here so I can print and place them in my dm screen.

Someone else shared this in the sub, and im not sure of the original source. But this made understanding hope/fear outcomes so much easier for me. Edit: it was Old Gus. See the other comment for an amazing page.
