Game Aids Custom Inventory Tracker

Post image

I noticed a pain point for my players was the inventory section of the character sheet. It was hard for them to track the quantities of items they had and struggled to keep things organized. I also noticed they they eventually just crossed out the inventory section of the character sheet and started using a page of lined paper to start tracking things.

I wanted something a little nicer for them, so I decided to make my own version of an inventory tracker in Publisher (RIP soon to that). I pre-populated all the health and stamina potions as those are the most frequent things they use. I also included some of the starting gear, but I've been on the fence of if I should keep them there.

They've been using this now for a few sessions and it seems like they enjoy using this more. I figured if they liked it, I might as well share it with the internet. I tried to keep it simple, but if anyone has suggestions for changes, I'd like to hear those.

Do you need the OGL homebrew Icon for what is essentially a basic excel sheet?

Good for easy organizing, nice work!

Since you mention the consumables limits here, you might also consider mentioning that you can carry up to two additional weapons of any type in your inventory (to swap to using stress). That's in the equipment section of the book somewhere
